PREMIUM DUPLEX APARTMENT:
Spring: (01.04. - 30.06.) and Autumn: (01.09. - 15.10.) - daily rental price is 5 300 din (45 Euros)
Summer: (01.07. - 31.08.) and Winter: (16.10. - 31.03.) - daily rental price is 6 500 din (55 Euros)
Daily rental price of the apartment during New Year's holidays and New Year's Eve:
29.th, 30th and 31st December as well as 1st, 2nd, 3.rd January daily rental price of the apartment is 19 500 din (165 Euros). On New Year's Eve minimum rental is 3 days.
Price for Serbian New Year on 13th January is 13 000 din (110 Euros).
APARTMENT RULES:
Guests enter the apartment from 14:00 – 21:00 PM on the day of arrival, and leave it until 11:00AM (11.00h) on the day of departure.
Guests are required to pay full or half rental amount at the moment of booking, and the rest up to the full amount upon arrival, before entering the apartment. The reservation can be cancelled 15 days before the scheduled entry into the apartment, when the entire amount shall be returned.
If you want to cancel your reservation less than 15 days before the scheduled stay, the money cannot be returned to you, but the amount paid for rent can be used for a stay in another period.
