The Premium Duplex Apartment is located in one of the most beautiful buildings in Zlatibor and represents a combination of mountain architecture style and the luxury experience of world tourist centres.
 
The building is located not far from the centre of Zlatibor, in the most beautiful part of Zlatibor, in the village Đurkovac, at number 49 Drinske Divizije Street, what is 150m from the Hotel Zlatibor Mona. The building itself has free parking, as well as 24-hour video surveillance. The building has an elevator. 

The apartment itself is 62 square meters in size and it is one of the two largest apartments in the building. It is located on the third floor on the west side, overlooking Tornik and Zlatibor hills. The balcony of the apartment has no contact with other balconies and terraces of the building, so it provides complete peace for the guests.

The apartment consists of a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony, in the lower part, as well as rooms with additional living room and separate beds in the upper part. 

The apartment has 3 SMART LED TVs with connection to the cable network with over 100 channels, as well as high speed wireless internet. It is designed to accommodate 4 people, but it can accommodate 6 people on request, since the upper living room, apart from single beds, has corner sofa pull out bed. 

The apartment has a baby cot which can be installed, on request. 

There is an outdoor pool beside, which in the summer, with decent prices on a daily basis, provides guests of the apartment a comfortable stay and enjoyment.
